2020-21 TeriDona Dance Year!

Thank you for your support!

We are so excited to start a new year! Here are some things that will help you navigate through this season. As always, please let us know if you have any questions!

1. Our automated registration system: In addition to receiving monthly updates, you will also be getting reminders about upcoming events at the studio, weather closings/delays and other pertinent emails. Please make sure you have your email addresses current along with your contact information. Part of the system has a default feature that will automatically charge your account of file as of midnight of the 15th of each month. You will have the opportunity to come to the studio to pay in cash, check, credit card OR pay online prior to that time. The system will automatically pay the remaining balance after that time. The system will also notify you of any expiration issues that may cause you a problem. Please refer to the TeriDona Handbook for more information.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA: We will be posting intermittently throughout the year on our social media accounts. Please follow us!

3. CLASS REMINDERS:

No food or drinks (other than water) allowed in the classrooms. Students should bring a water bottle to class that can be refilled in the studio kitchen (with purified water.)
No parents/visitors are allowed in the building (Our CDC Representative has suggested that we allow only faculty, staff and students in the building at this time. We will be trying on shoes on students who need new ones. Please call and speak to Ms. Jane if you need to come in person. 205-491-2501.
Parents/ guardians should park at the bottom (grass lot) and walk the student to the front door to be dropped off. We will not have anyone removing kids from the line so we can keep traffic moving.
Dance attire should be worn (i.e. no jeans or denim shorts, hair should be pulled up off the face, no jewelry or toys allowed in classrooms). With the younger students, convertible tights are preferred so that they will not slide around during tumbling classes. Older students should not wear “tempo” style shorts, instead leggings, bike shorts or yoga pants. Also, they should wear sports bras or fitted tops to limit “peekaboo” moments in class.
No electronic devices (Phones/Tablets etc must stay in dance bags unless teachers ask them to record choreography).
Parents of younger children should encourage their children to use the restroom PRIOR to the start of class.

Please let us know if you have any questions and/or concerns. Our Office Manager Jane checks our voicemail regularly (205-491-2501)and our emails are answered within 24 hours (info@teridonadance.com).
Thanks again for registering and we look forward to an exciting year!
