Class starts soon! Here are some reminders!

It’s that time!

All classes start August 7th, 2023 .

Classes are filling up quickly so don’t wait to register!  We are so excited to start a new year!

Here are some things that will help you navigate through this season. As always, please let us know if you have any questions!

1.  ONLINE REGISTRATION: JackRabbit Studio Management handles all of our registration, payments and communication.   All studio information can be found on your parent portal once you have completed your registration and enrollment.  Please make sure you have your email addresses current along with your contact information. Part of the system has a default feature that will automatically charge your account of file as of midnight of the 15th of each month. You will have the opportunity to come to the studio to pay in cash, check, credit card OR pay online prior to that time. The system will automatically pay the remaining balance after that time. The system will also notify you of any expiration issues that may cause you a problem. Please refer to the TeriDona Handbook for more information.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA: We will be posting intermittently throughout the year on our social media accounts. Please follow us!

3. CLASS REMINDERS:

No food or drinks (other than water) allowed in the classrooms. Students should bring a water bottle to class that can be refilled in our filtered water dispenser.

Parents/ guardians should park at the bottom (grass lot) and walk the student to the front door to be dropped off. Stopping at the porch causes traffic issues on Hueytown road.

Dance attire should be worn (i.e. no jeans or denim shorts, hair should be pulled up off the face, no jewelry or toys allowed in classrooms). With the younger students, convertible tights are preferred so that they will not slide around during tumbling classes. Older students should not wear “tempo” style shorts, instead choose leggings, bike shorts or yoga pants. Also, they should wear sports bras or fitted tops to limit “peekaboo” moments in class.

No electronic devices (Phones/Tablets etc must stay in dance bags unless teachers ask them to record choreography).

Parents of younger children should encourage their children to use the restroom PRIOR to the start of class.

Please let us know if you have any questions and/or concerns. Our Office Manager checks our voicemail regularly (205-491-2501) and our emails are answered within 24 hours (info@teridonadance.com).

Thanks again for registering and we look forward to an exciting year!
