You do not need to bring money with you and all students will be photographed for the program book. No purchase is required.
Please arrive at the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Fellowship Hall (1343 Hueytown Road, Hueytown, Alabama 35023) 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled picture time.
Late students will have to attend the 7PM makeup time if you miss your scheduled time. They will not wait for late students.
Check the LOOKBOOK located in the studio to make sure you come dressed in the correct costume, tights and shoes. Hair and makeup should already be done.
Students wearing the wrong shoes or tights will be asked to change. Tights are available at the studio now and will be at the fellowship hall as well. For pictures, you may wear your hair any way you choose.
3 year awards are not photographed as a group.
5 YEAR AWARDS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHOWING UP AT THEIR ALLOTTED TIME. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHETHER OR NOT IT IS YOUR CHILDS 5th YEAR. They may wear any costume they choose for this.
10, 15 and 20 year awards should take an individual picture for these ads. It is your choice of what they should wear for this picture.
No men allowed in the dressing areas. A FEMALE must be present with your child in order to get them ready for pictures. No food or drinks allowed in the dressing areas.
PLEASE REMEMBER THERE IS NO MAKEUP DAY FOR PICTURES.
